Kubernetes executor is not terminating the job when failed exception is thrown #24

If an upstream step fails to write data, it seems the executor gets stuck in a state where it continues to wait for the inputs even though it's showing a failed exception. If the upstream job failed, the kubernetes job should fail and terminate.
