AM and PM on same day should show as full day OUT #17

See NCSA-ICI shared calendar for Wed 22 Apr 2024, ckhin out AM and also out PM.

On ckhin's calendar for that day is an away event for 8:30AM - 2PM and then another from 2PM - 5PM.

This should show up as an OUT all day event.
