Adds the Ethiopia wareda as CiviCRM counties.
The extension is licensed under AGPL-3.0.

Enable as a regular CiviCRM extension.
On a contact record, under the address section, select Ethiopa, then a state/province. A list of counties (wareda) will then be loaded for that state/province.
One enabled, the extension can be uninstalled.
