completionsubmit can't be unchecked

When using automatic completion, once the teacher checks the "Show as complete when user makes a choice" option, there is no way to uncheck it afterwards.

It's because there's an issue with completion. 'Show as complete when user makes a choice' does not matter at all, the only thing that matters is 'require view', and this is done automatically once you visit the module. Thus, it's considered as fully complete even for teachers/managers despite of their choices made.
