When navigating to /mod/choicegroup/report.php?id=X and downloading a file. Having a name such as this one Who is in my Learning Team ? - Click here to see your team member, filename downloaded will be report.php instead of somefilename.xls, .ods or .txt, question marks sent to headers is posing a problem, striping it solves the issue.
