Description

The Context:
The project is currently using release-please as an action to provide releases. We do have in NearForm a similar project released known as optic-release and would be perfect to uniform our release process to be aligned with the other project repositories' status.

The Solution:
Replace the existing release workflow to make use of optic if suitable to the current project requirements. Ensure that Optic follows the Conventional Commits standard and if not, ensure there is a way to configure this behavior to ensure less friction as possible on contributors.

The Alternatives:
Stick to release-please.
