Setting up a watch function for remote storage

Hey,
I was able to get nebula up in running with a Caspar CG Server running on Windows 10, but when I try to run a video in the scheduler the CasparCG Server gives me a 404 trying to access the media directory in the docker.

I was wondering if I can give casparcg access to the folder in docker or attach a watch function to the services.py folder connected by the storage.py.
