移动端无法判断用户是否安装了移动端的钱包 #36

在移动端从浏览器端打开移动端钱包的时候如果用户没有安装移动端的钱包我需要给一个引导。目前我只能自己写代码来实现这个逻辑。nebPay不支持这个功能

目前已经增加了钱包调用是否成功的功能。
