您是指钱包插件没有反应吗？还是手机扫码后钱包app没有反应？
如果是插件的话，建议更新一下插件试试。https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/nasextwallet/gehjkhmhclgnkkhpfamakecfgakkfkco
