Please describe the feature
As an admin, I want to be able to request that files are deleted from the inbox.

Acceptance criteria

  • Files are marked as disabled in the db.
  • Files are removed, if possible, from the inbox.

Additional context
It should not be possible to delete archived files.

Estimation of size: small/medium/big

Estimation of priority: low/medium/high
