cleaning inbox messages from MQ queue

Please describe the feature
As an admin, I want to avoid irrelevant/outdated message to hang around in MQ so that I can feel happy.

Acceptance criteria

Options

• have a TTL
• not send them at all
• have a clean-up script

Additional context

This will only be relevant in a standalone setup (Bigpicture/GDI).
But since these messages are not used in a standalone setting we might just ignore them.

Well, I do see your point 😉 . Although it is nice to have the link around (and it's not accessible for anyone who shouldn't have access) . Anyway it's removed now.
