Problems with gocode (such as #38) have me wanting to try out guru as an alternative. This should be implemented as an optional alternative (via plugins) for the time being, so that it can be tested long term without forcing everyone to switch to guru.

guru doesn't do suggestions. Really, we just need to be more aggressive about invalidating the cache.
