Can't sync the blockchain

I haven't touched my Neo since Neo-gui v2.3 in Dec '17.
I've just downloaded v2.12 and am now trying to sync with the blockchain, but it doesn't work.

What I have done:

• Download Neo-gui 2.12 stable version
• Installed .NET Framework 5.0
• Downloaded Importblocks.zip, then Unzipped importblocks.zip, then moved the entire "importblocks folder" to where my neo-gui.exe is located
• Downloaded chain.acc.zip for mainnet, then moved the entire "chain.acc.zip" to where my neo-gui.exe is located
• Started Neo-gui
• Imported my old wallet X.db3, then clicked yes so it could turn it into wallet X.json
• Waited.. nothing is happening !

It just doesn't sync with the blockchain, please help a simple guy out
