RpcServer not working #627

  1. install RcpServer
  2. restart neo-cli
  3. use neow3j connect to the node

It does not appear to be listening on the specified port.Do I need to turn on this plugin actively?

I think it might be your local enviroment issue.
RpcServer works fine on my computer without any extra configuration.
