How to quick jump between highlight words?

I wrote below config in my init.vim file:

" Highlight the symbol and its references when holding the cursor
autocmd CursorHold * silent call CocActionAsync('highlight')

Highlight works fine. But how can I jump to next word or previous word?

Thanks. I found that * and # can do that.
