Not counting gaps. This is consistent with Evalb.

(In addition to precision and recall, PARSEVAL/Evalb also computes the number of crossing brackets, but I'm not sure how useful this is.)

But Evalb counts punctuation?

I believe our longest IAA50 sentence is 33 words, so this is not urgent.
