Transfer GDrive ownership to NE Scala

Currently, bmc owns our GDrive, and is running it on his personal (paid) account. He's largely inactive, so that's inappropriate.

So we should set up a "corporate" Google account, as cheaply as possible but accepting that it may cost some actual money, and transfer the ownership of that directory over, so that it's all more appropriate for the long run.
