I am fitting several TESS sectors as different "instruments," but in the end, I would like to obtain the median or mean resulting transit model to create a single phase-folded plot. To achieve this, I attempted to evaluate each model over the same time interval using a specific t=.. parameter in results.lc.evaluate. However, I encountered an error: "ValueError: operands could not be broadcast together with shapes (2000,) (153,) (2000,)," for example.
An additional note is that I am using a Matern kernel GP for some sectors but not all.
I faced a similar issue when I tried to do the same with ground-based transits that involve linear or GP detrending. I haven't tested this approach without any GP or linear models involved. (Edit: I manage to do the evaluation with a t=.. with a model without GP.)
I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, and after spending many hours searching for a solution, I thought it would be better to ask here. Thank you for your help.
