At this point we haven't been using our OpenALPR Node-wrapper so it has gone untouched and I haven't had the time to review or maintain the project. I'd be more than willing to update the readme to point to someone else's fork. @hyuni, @sneko, @baramuse. I don't know if there's any one fork that's being fully maintained...
