Steps to Reproduce

When re ordering devices of 1.5 RU the display doesn't show the right height.

Expected Behavior

We should see the actual height of the device which are 1.5 RU and place them in the rack

Observed Behavior

Devices of 1.5 RU but only 1 RU is displayed so very difficult to use the plugin because we need to calculate the right place
