The value of connected_endpoints does not appear on the connected interface

Good day, collegues!

I fill netbox server with data by Rest API in actions described below.

Action 1:

• Create device A and interface A on it by HTTP POST.
• Create device B and interface B on it by HTTP POST.
• Create cable and connect interface A and interface B. Let's call it "Cable AB". Its "a_terminations" field is set to the ID of interface A, its "a_terminations" field is set to the ID of interface B. By HTTP POST.
• Check that the operation is successful. The cable is created. I see info in fields "link_peers" and "connected_endpoints" on both interfaces via both WUI and Rest API. By HTTP GET and by seeing WUI info of the new link.

Action 2:

• Delete device A and interface A by HTTP DELETE. The cable AB then automatically loses its side A. The appropriate field is cleared. The side B info retains.
• Create device A1 and interface A1 on it by HTTP POST.
• Get ID of the cable AB by HTTP GET. Update the "cable AB" object (by HTTP PATCH) by setting its "a_terminations" field setting to the ID of the new interface A1.
• Try to check if the operation is successful. I see that "link_peers" field is succesfully updated on both interfaces (A1 and B). And I see in WUI that the cable is successfully linked to both sides. But for field "connected_endpoints" it went wrong. I see the correct info in interface B:

And I see no expected mirror info in "connected_endpoints" of the interface A1.

In WUI the "CONNECTION" field for interface A1 is also empty (shows "-").

It seems weird that link_peers update passed successfully while connected_endpoints passed well only on one side - the side where the cable had been before the "Action 2". And not on the new interface.
Is it a bug? Anyway which method do you recommend to obtain the target of "Action 2"? Delete the old cable and build a new one? Or perhaps clear the "a_terminations" field of the cable AB before deleting interface A? Should it help? Maybe something else?
