WEBUI Script: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/opt/netbox/netbox/scripts/ip-primary-missing.py'

Hello, I have a standard installation as specified in the Netbox documentation.
When I try to upload a file in the "https://NetBoxServer/extras/scripts/" section, I get this error.
With "chmod 777 /opt/netbox/netbox/scripts" I get the problem solved, but that is certainly not good. Which rights should I set?
I have the user "root" and am logged in to Ubuntu with "MyCompany".

Server Error
A file permission error was detected while processing this request. Common causes include the following:

Insufficient write permission to the media root. The configured media root is . Ensure that the user NetBox runs as has access to write files to all locations within this path.

At least I get this example uploaded and executed with 777. But I would like to set it correctly.
