Steps to reproduce

Have ingress-nginx installed already in your cluster that you want to use
Disable ingess-nginx in the helm chart values
deploy diode

Expected behavior

Ingress should be created and configured regardless of any dependent charts.

Observed behavior

No ingress and no way of configuring it without another manual ingress resouce manifest
