Uncaught type error with Moodle 2.7 #18

We are testing this with Moodle 2.7 and experiencing the following error (tested with the Clean theme):

"Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property '_yuiaop' of undefined

This prevents any subsequent Javascript from loading and thus disables many of Moodle's menus, the add a resource link etc.
