Scope

Replicate 2 application services:
- Network of Terms API (repo), an HTTP API
- Dataset Knowledge Graph (repo), a background service
Automate container deployments on application code repository pushes.
Replicate a supporting data service:
- GraphDB (RDF data store)
Manage secrets (e.g. the GraphDB credentials).

Out of scope

No DNS changes required yet; we’ll use SURF-internal hostnames for now.
Backup solution to replace our current Velero-based one.
