Add SPARQL query property to distribution

Some datasets share a distribution. This becomes more relevant for thematic, service platform oriented, datasets, which are derived from the original, broader dataset.

Adding a SPARQL query property enables distributions to be shared between datasets, where each dataset can be considered an excerpt from the original dataset.

The SPARQL query must return a selection of subject URIs.
