I appreciate the neuromod policy! Clearly the CRI-UGM team has thought through the issues, and how they're going to make it enforceable. And they've put it on their lab manual, rather than copy-pasting the Contributor-Convenant to somewhere no one would be likely to read.

I do think we need to remember that the school already has several codes of conduct, and anything we post needs to be compatible.

Would it be enough to highlight the parts of the school's codes of conduct that we think are particularly under-enforced?
