@charleygros what do you think about copying the code that was used for the "MS lesion cervical cord mapping project" inside this more general repository?

@jcohenadad : absolutely! Do you want to put it in a special folder of this repo' or not necessary?

Also, about the philosophy of this repo': do we want it to be generic (ie with the 5 example subjects as in OSF)? or will this repo' be directly used by Anne for her project? or a in-between?

I'm still not sure how we should organize it, but the idea is that this repos would contain code to do the MS spine study + the brain/spine study, abd potentially more in the future. You probably have a better idea how we should organize it. E.g., scripts specific to the cord could go under a folder called spinalcord.
