Redesigning the GUI for an optimized experience

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
SlicerCART By Default Graphical User Interface (GUI) is not optimal since it uses multiple drop down menus, for example, requires each time to mask the data probe section, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like
A GUI that fits into "1 page", even with multiples options selected from the Configuration file, and that loads/adapt automatically from the user screen size (if feasible).

Describe alternatives you've considered
Minimize the GUI and keep it like actual.

Additional context
To avoid multiple redesigning, input from Team members will be seeked for, explaining the reason to open that issue.
