Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Set up in the initial configuration window if the user wants to keep the working list if a new volumes (or discordant) volumes folder has been selected for an already settled output folder.

For now, the flag is KEEP_WORKING_LIST in WorkFiles.py under scripts.
ToDo: move this flag to the initial configuration UI
