In similar tools such as ITK-Snap or Fsleyes, it is possible to specify the range intensity of pixel values even for MRI images. Such feature is frequently used by ITK-Snap and Fsleyes user in the research setting.

Describe the solution you'd like
Include the ability to select the min and max value for range intensity and adjust it from a graphical based user interface like in ITK-Snap (see images below)

For tasks requiring specification of range intensity, use the already existing softwares.
