Problem: For the Player it is hard to find out what the effect of the laws is on the Co2 Buget is.
Solution: The Idea is to have an archive or (Anfrage an das Statistische Bundesamt). This way you can check the Effectiveness of a Decided Law. The first easiest Idea would be to Simulate the CO2 Curve once with and once without the selected Law. The time axis is the complete beginning of the game and you see a vertical Line at the time the law is active. From that time on you can see two curves. One with the effect of the law and one without this law.
Next Step: In the configuration of the laws there is a alternative entry that can specify the "interesting quantities" that should be displayed in the archive. E.g. Change distance of WindTurbines shows installed power of WindTurbines in the archive instead of Co2 or in addition to Co2.
