Hot reload on saving a file in vscode does not work and the following error is displayed

C:\neu\EDR Manager\EDR-Manager-V>neu run
neu: INFO Starting process: neutralino-win_x64.exe --load-dir-res --path=. --export-auth-info --neu-dev-extension --neu-dev-auto-reload
neu: ERRR Unable to dispatch event to the app.

neutralino.config.json >>> defaultMode: 'window'
