Added a reconnection mechanism. When the PC resumes from hibernation, the Reconnection cannot be connected.
You can determine whether it has been initialized. If it has been initialized, check whether the WebSocket is open when sending a message. If it is not open, re-initialize the WebSocket instance and rebind the event.
