The reader shall provide the images for a single phase stepping scan (files formatted using #2 )
Indexing schemes:

  • Single folder tomography
    • Phase steps dominant
    • Projections dominant
  • Multiple folders
    • One spectrum per folder (one folder per phase step)
    • One phase stepping scan per folder (folder relates to wavelength)
