Description

Attempting to deconstruct a tabletop shuttle console doesn't give you the materials to rebuild it.

Reproduction

Locate tabletop shuttle console
Attempt to deconstruct any console using the screwdriver first, and see it fail.
Right click -> Begin deconstruction -> Check instructions
Says to use a welder
Use welder on console, will remove the console dropping 5 steel, instead of any amount of glass/lv cable or most importantly the shuttle console circuit board
