Megafauna commiting suicide on lava planets or high tempature/dangerous atmos

Description

As the title says, on some conditions the megafauna AI decides it to be a great idea to either walk into lava or go outside in horrible atmos conditions, effectively killing themselses

Reproduction

1. get exped ship
2. choose a megafauna exped with high temp or lava, enemies being preferably xeno or flesh
3. get lucky
4. watch the megafauna either spawn outside or walk outside to die
