Teleported out of shuttle during FTL/arrival

Description

Recently got teleported out of my shuttle (Sprinter Class) I believe as soon as I arrived back to normal space from an expedition. The distance between the shuttle and me was incredibly far away (up to 10k distance)
My coords: 12000 -2500 (approx)
Ship coords: 94 -800

Reproduction
No clue (I did not lag out, as I was moving around in the Sprinter's cargo bay sorting loot with closed doors.)
