Description

From #2502, the different consoles available to sector command can be unwrenched or deconstructed inconsistently:

"The station admin console can now be moved but not disassembled, the ID card console and station records can be moved and disassembled, both with backup boards in the SR's locker, and the shuttle records computer can be neither disassembled nor moved."

Consoles necessary for the station's function should be consistently babyproofed, and the boards should probably be removed from the SR's locker.

Reproduction

Use a wrench or crowbar on machines in the SR's office.

Honestly, I'm fucking done, its every other week that someone make a "bug report" about not able to organize and remodel the office and then we change it and then a new "bug report" that they can break the office.

The core machines should not be movable or fucked with, that's it, work around the office limitation or do your SR job instead of rebuilding your office.

Sure, but even a policy of "station machines are fixed, shuttle machines aren't" gives you the ability to customize your bottleneck/whatever it is into your office of preference while ensuring that the station can function and the next guy isn't boned.

Just looking for sanity and consistency.

I think the consoles should be moveable but not deconstructable, though deconstructable with backups in the SR's office would be fine too.
As for the "or do your SR job", I don't know what you want from SR players. You (this is a very global you meaning more like, the server in general) don't want them to go outside because they need to be near their office, but in the meantime nobody visits their office because all the amenities have been removed from frontier.
I think customizing the office is a reasonable thing to do in the downtime. I would be perfectly fine with not moving the consoles if I could crowbar the floors under them to replace the floor tile. Sadly, you have to move the console out of the way first.
