There are some apps which play loud video advertisement, I would like to mute all sounds from my phone. Is it possible with this app?

I would be happy to enable sounds manually when I don't use that app.

Sure, if no bluetooth headphones are connected, the media volume already gets muted by either "vibration" or "silent" modes.
If you also want to mute the media channel if headphones are connected, you can uncheck the toggle in the settings.
