Description

This is a timeboxed 2 week discovery exercise related to https://new-relic.atlassian.net/browse/NR-185329 intended to uncover what is the missing data preventing APM entities from being mapped to AWS services. Scope of what is needed is not currently clear.

Engineering work to remediate identified areas will be planned for future quarters.

An assumption is made that whatever data gaps exist for the Ruby Agent in this story would likely apply to all APM language agents, so that any remediative work would have to be considered for those agents too.
