Steps to build and run Scangaurd locally

Prerequisites

**_Ensure you have the prerequisites installed before proceeding.

Install tools

  1. Install Rust
  2. Install Scarb
  3. Install npm

Build and Run SCANGUARD

Frontend

# Navigate to the frontend directory
cd frontend

# Install dependencies
npm install

# Run 
npm run dev

Backend

# Navigate to the backend directory
cd backend

# Install dependencies
npm install

# Run 
npm start

Onchain

# Navigate to the ochain directory
cd onchain

# Run & Install dependencies
scarb  build
