Cookbook does compatible Nextcloud 28 ?

Good morning,

I can no longer create a recipe manually, when I save I get this message:

1. Go to add recip
2. Click on save

Hello. This indicate that the server had a significant problem to fail. Honestly, I cannot tel you from these log right now what the problem is.

Do you have access to the server on root level or at least to the file system? If yes, you could enable the debug logging in config.php by setting debug to true. Could you then open the network tab (you were in the console tab of the web developer tools) click on the failed request and see if there was a backtrace logged (together with an error message)? That might bring us to the position where we can track down the problem.

Cookbook does not work since NC 26.
I can read recipies, but i can not import or write my own.

I have a development environment with NC 28 running at the moment. There the version 0.11.0 (and 0.11.1-rc1 released today) was tested and checked for "browsability". There, I do not face any 500 return codes.

Top get a clue on what is happening, you could generate a stack trace as I already mentioned. Otherwise it is just wild guessing what causes the problem.

Thank you for your feedback and sorry for my “non-response”. I understand that it is not possible to see this problem without a trace. I try to make some that I have for a while and will report back 😁.

For my part I wanted to make traces by putting Nextcloud in debug but it works again

OK, this seems like a environment problem to me. On Sep 07th there was no release published (or shortly before that) that could have fixed stuff. If @LaurentGui or @xundeenergie have the problem still reproducible, we can try to get a stack trace and debug stuff if you like.

From this site i imported a lot of recipies... but now they changed to payorok and cookbook can't find a parsable rfcipie on this site.

Hi, The problem is still occurring. Please let me know what I can do to help you find out what's causing the problem, because at the moment I can't create a recipe at all, even without importing it.

The first hint that I need is the reason why you get failures. To do so, please do the following:

1. Put (temporarily) the entry 'debug' => true in your config/config.php of the Nextcloud server.
2. Open a browser navigate to a URL that you can quickly reach the offending site/button
3. Open browser console (press F12 typically)
4. Do whatever causes the trouble
5. Go in the browser console to the network tab and look for a failing request (with status 500 typically)
6. Click on it to get all the details. Go to output. You see a (non-styled) error page of NC. Here is a faked example:
   
7. Send me the data under trace and previous to get the location of the problem (here I just intentionally created a bug to show it).
8. Remove or comment out the line from 1.
