Fix translation strings

Agreed many of the translations did not yet implement the new message and a proper translation for that.
Though the old message should be removed from each and every cookbook/l10n/*.{json,js} translation file too.

I cannot do that. There is a nightly cron jon that will readd them as long as Transifex knows them. Transifex will consider also older versions of the app as well and include the old text.

As a side remark, I think the text Die Menge der Zutat kann aufgrund einer nicht unterstützten Syntax nicht neu berechnet werden. is not a doubled negation: the first nicht goes with unterstützten and is an adverb. This is not negating the complete sentence. It might be not the smoothest wording, okay, but I see no grammatic issue here.

Anyway, we should fix this with Transifex.
