no background job running on docker arm64

Hello,
I'm running nextcloud 25.03 with docker (nextcloud:apache), on a rockpi4-b with armbian (arm64).
I installed and enable this app but there seems to be no recognition job going on.
When selecting faces, there are no clusters shown.
I looked into the database and all tables are empty:

oc_recognize_face_clusters
oc_recognize_face_detections
oc_recognize_queue_faces
oc_recognize_queue_imagenet
oc_recognize_queue_landmarks

is there an occ command that i should run to enable this or setup a background running cron job?

nevermind, I didn't have it enabled on my personal settings.. :-|
