Own picture gallery

An own picture gallery would be very nice.

A folder assigned for the gallery (with photos from the organization) inside Nextcloud would give full control.

The issue with that is that we cant use a folder from a user. We cannot define a default user for this, and we should not rely on users to provide image that way. Generally, this needs to be more "stateless", so that this app works independend of users.

I know this is a request that many people have, and i am working on something similar. (#44)
I will close this issue in favor of #5, but this is not forgotten and i am actively thinking about how to do this properly.
