Create and push them to the repo
Add language to $config['languages'] at https://github.com/nextgis/metro4all/blob/master/frontend/conf/Config.php

title - city name
lat - latitude
lon - longitude
route_css_class - css class including link to city metro logo

git pull on the server
restart the service
