Listing db-versions in output-file/multiqc-report

Description of feature

I think it would be useful if we could pull out the db-versions used for e.g. eukulele or kofamscan (and all others potentially used during the pipeline-run) and summarise them in something similar to results/pipeline_info/software_versions.yml and maybe even put them in the multiqc-report.

I looked up in EUKulele documentation and it looks like there is no place where the database version is stored. One way to deal with this issue is to write the version in our code but then we need to be aware that the database version might change during time.
