Description of feature

Some work already done: https://github.com/kbestak/nf_molkart/tree/gpu

Segmentation tools should be runnable with GPU to reduce time if GPU is available and asked for.

Starting with Cellpose, test if it is possible to run Molkart with GPU - if gpu profile is used, look for the GPU container instead of the default.
