Description of feature

See 2.3 Scatter-gather implementations reduce runtime and resource usage in https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.07.19.549462v2.abstract

Maybe if we split by Chromosomes it'll reduce the runtime of groHMM 🤔
